In the News Live the Mini Cities Dream Connecting Local Businesses

Overview

Mini Cities is expanding throughout communities all over the country. Mini Cities does offer franchises – but being a Mini Cities Community Connector franchisee is not like buying other franchises. Mini Cities has created the first real WIN-WIN franchise. With the Mini Cities low cost franchise and our WIN-Win royalty fees – being a Mini Cities franchisee is more like joining an exclusive club. We are very selective about who joins our program. We want to make sure all our Community Connectors share the Mini Cities vision of building great local communities. That independently, we are all strong together. Also, we truly believe that when we all work together, we are all unstoppable. Mini Cities also knows that only by working with talented and committed franchisees can we feel confident that every franchisee will be successful.

History

Founded in 2008 by Ana and Steve Abraham, Mini Cities was created help people find local businesses right in their neighborhoods. After leaving a successful career in Web Marketing and Software Project management to have their first son, Ana was frustrated by the lack of local information available online about their new community. Teased by their city friends who warned them – don’t move to the suburbs – they chose to bring the city convenience they loved to the suburbs and NewTampaDirectory.com was born! It wasn’t long before neighboring communities saw NewTampaDirectory.com and wanted the same for their great community. Soon, local directories were launched throughout Tampa Bay and Atlanta and Mini Cities was created!

Mini Cities is built on the idea that great communities want to be connected to each other and want to Shop Local! We create the connection between local people and local business. That is why our community connectors love what they do!
